Damanhur

Damanhur – a spiritual community at the foot of the Italian Alps – achieved the impossible and built the Temples of Humankind underground, a wonder of our time. The community follows a unique way of life that emphasizes Art, Alchemy, and Magic as a lifestyle.

In Damanhur, you will find a Sacred Wood (forest), art workshops, stone circles, and an opportunity to get to know an alternative way of life, including projects such as communication with plants, healing, music, sacred dance, and healing spirals.

The History of the Place

Damanhur is named after the Egyptian god Horus, and after the Egyptian city of Damanhur, the City of Light.

The founder of Damanhur, Falco (Oberto Airaudi), was a communicating alchemist who took upon himself the continuation of ancient Egypt and the guardianship of time for humanity. He taught everyone the impossible and the secrets of Egyptian alchemy. Thus, he established a community across the world, whose main center is at the foot of the Alps with its stunningly beautiful subterranean temples.

Magic and Creation

The Damanhur community, consisting of about a thousand people, leads a unique way of life.

The community members dug huge temples underground. The walls of the temples are adorned with mesmerizing paintings, sculptures, and works of art.

Descending into the temples is like entering a fairy-tale world, and we have the privilege of visiting there and even participating in the community's ritual celebration for the Summer Solstice, a magical event unlike any other.

Our Journey

Throughout the journey, we will experience magical internal processes and initiations, connecting to the land of Damanhur and activating the different elements, opening the bodies, and engaging in stimulating alchemical work, communication with the trees, creation, and the sacred dance—an illuminating experience of spiritual development and realization.

We will sleep in the magical valley at the foot of the Alps in our dedicated apartments, located in an energetic spot that intersects four energy lines in the crystalline network of the Earth. We will drink the spring water and eat within the community itself. A truly unparalleled experience.

Direct transfer by rental vehicle/van from the airport to Damanhur.
Entry to the temples, the sacred forest, and various activities in Damanhur, including participation in the Full Moon ceremony.
Three meals a day and accommodation in cabins in the Damanhur valley.

The tour will be led by a representative from the Damanhur community (in English) and Linoy Even Or (in English and Hebrew).

About Linoy Even Or:

A Reiki Master, holistic therapist, and ceremony facilitator initiated into the Curanderos lineage of Mayan healers

With over 20 years of research and practice in the worlds of spirit and mysticism, she teaches courses and workshops in diverse healing fields.

Itinerary

Sunday 26.4:

Arrival, meeting the group, Activation of the Earth element.
Pick up from airport.
Lunch.
Group meeting, circle. First day “landing”.
Orientation guided tour in Damjl, the historical capital of Damanhur. The Open Temple, Spiral, Labyrinths, getting to know about the phylosophy, art and social life. Take time to walk in silence, let the energy of the place guide your awareness in your body.
Early dinner.

Monday 27.4:

Morning: meditation with Selfica, traveling inside your inner Temple. Selfica is a spiritual technology to connect with the life force of nature and the intelligence of the cosmos. This meditation will guide you towards your inner dimensions and prepare for the journey in the Temples, that will be in the afternoon.
Afternoon: 14,30 guided visit to the Temples of Humankind, first visit. Walking among mosaics, stained glass windows, sculptures and paintings that reflect the inner landscapes of the soul.

Tuesday 28.4:

Morning: visit the Sacred Forest, open air extension of the underground Temples. Contact with the trees, connect with the consciousness of the Plant Temple.
Afternoon: Sacred Dance workshop. Tap into your deepest essence and write your message in the air, with gestures of the archetypal language.

Wednesday 29.4:

Morning: Back to the underground Temples of Humankind. Meditation in the Hall of Water. Connect to your Element Water, the deep sacred femenine.
Afternoon: Lake of Meugliano, up the Valchiusella valley. Contact with the element, in pure uncontaminated nature. Drive all the way up to the end of the Valley, to Fondo, with its ancient bridges and waterfalls.

Thursday 30.4:

Today is the full moon and at night there is the Oracle rite at the Open Temple. Today we dedicate to exploring our connection with fire as a gate to our deepest essence. What is ritual? How does reading the signs work? What is divination and how to navigate the way to answers.
Prepare your questions for the evening event.
Evening: Oracle Rite.

Friday 1.5:

Morning Experience with Clay, art workshop
Lunch in a Damanhurian community nucleo.
Afternoon: free time for you, for healing sessions or resting. Integration time.
Evening will be dedicated to the art of Dreaming, exploring one of our most important faculties and powers. We spend about one third of our life sleeping and this holds many treasures and gifts all to be discovered.

Saturday 2.5:

Morning and afternoon will be dedicated to learning New Tools for the New Times ahead of us. Damanhurian theory & practice to gain key paradigms that can guide your life, learn to build community, work with conflict resolution, become creative in all that you do, with pure optimism.
Celebration dinner at the restaurant.

Sunday 3.5:

Travel back home.
If you have a night flight I can recommend places to go, stopping on the way to the airport.
